To reschedule a booking, log in to the booking website using the email and password associated with your account you used at the time of booking. 

• Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.  
• Go to "My Profile" and select "Bookings."  
• Under "Upcoming Bookings," click the "Reschedule" button next to the service you wish to change. 
• On the next page, you can update the start time and/or date of the selected booking.
• Complete your change and you will see on next page: Booking has been rescheduled.

For a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation start time. There are no partial refund option available. If you do not receive your refund within 3-5 business days, please contact us through the chat icon on our website(bottom right corner) or email us directly at dtbanya@gmail.com.  Alternatively, you can give us a call at (425) 252-2692 during our regular business hours.

Please close the browser tab for the booking website for 5 minutes, then return to our booking site. You will notice that your cart has been automatically cleared, allowing you to start a fresh booking. This occurs due to browser cookies caching your sessions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This may happen if you did not complete the transaction, if your payment was unsuccessful, or if one of your chosen payment methods was declined for any reason.

Yes, we do welcome walk-ins; however, we cannot guarantee admission as it depends on our capacity for the day. We strongly recommend booking online to secure your spot and to enjoy a $10 discount on Banya admission when you book through our website.

Please note, we reserve the right to decline service if necessary.

Full payment for the service booking is required online to confirm your reservation. If the payment is not completed, your booking will be automatically cancelled after 5-10 minutes. 

In this case, the guest will be treated as a walk-in appointment, and the availability rules for walk-in services, as mentioned in the above FAQs, will apply.

We recommend booking as early as possible, but no later than one hour before your desired appointment time, as booking slots will not be available within that hour.

For example, if you start booking your service at 11:00 AM or later, you will not see a slot available for a 12:00 PM appointment, since that falls within the one-hour restriction we have in place. Therefore, to secure a 12:00 PM service, it’s best to start booking by 10:30 AM. It takes only about 5 minutes to complete a booking on our website.

You can select the number of people for Banya Admission by increasing the quantity using the up/down arrow options next to the Gift Card Booking Page.
