I have a square gift card, how do I apply it to MindBody?

If your gift card has a higher balance (covering more than one admission), we can transfer the remaining Square gift card amount to your Mindbody profile as an account credit. Please call or email us, and we will be happy to assist you.

To reschedule a booking, log in to the booking website using the email and password associated with your account you used at the time of booking.

  • Click on the “MY INFO”.
  • Go to “My Schedule”. 

For a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation start time. There are no partial refund option available. If you do not receive your refund within 3-5 business days, please contact us through the chat icon on our website(bottom right corner) or email us directly at dtbanya@gmail.com.  Alternatively, you can give us a call at (425) 252-2692 during our regular business hours.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome; however, availability depends on our capacity at the time of your visit, so admission is not guaranteed. We highly recommend booking online to secure your spot and enjoy a $10 discount on Banya admission.

Full payment for the service booking is required online to confirm your reservation. If the payment is not completed, your booking will be automatically cancelled after 5-10 minutes. 

In this case, the guest will be treated as a walk-in appointment, and the availability rules for walk-in services, as mentioned in the above FAQs, will apply.

We recommend booking as early as possible, but no later than one hour before your desired appointment time, as booking slots will not be available within that hour.

 

For example, if you start booking your service at 11:00 AM or later, you will not see a slot available for a 12:00 PM appointment, since that falls within the one-hour restriction we have in place. Therefore, to secure a 12:00 PM service, it’s best to start booking by 10:30 AM. It takes only about 5 minutes to complete a booking on our website.
