Parking Information

Know where to park before you arrive. We’ve got convenient options for everyone.

Street Parking

  • Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
  • 90 min free parking is available on Colby Ave and most of Downtown Everett.
  • Unlimited street parking on weekends or after 5pm on weekdays.

EverPark Garage

  • Directly behind our building is the EverPark Garage. Recently updated security.
  • 2815 Hoyt Avenue between Hewitt and California.
  • Parking Fee $1/hour.
  • From the second floor of the parking garage you can walk to Banya on Colby Ave using the EverPark Alley.

Street Parking

Street parking is available on nearby roads. Metered spots are free after 6 PM on weekdays and all day Sunday.

Use Google Maps to locate us easily. We recommend checking your GPS for live parking availability before arrival.

Peak Hours

Weekday afternoons and weekends are the busiest. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to find a spot and check in comfortably.

Consider using Uber, Lyft, or biking. We have secure bike racks, and public transport stops within 5 minutes of walking distance.
